Fatal Recall is operated by WTF Factory s.r.o., Stromová 20, 040 01 Košice, Slovak Republic, Company ID 46343687. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: hello@fatalrecall.com.
Account data: your email address and authentication credentials.
Content you upload: advertising creatives (images, video, copy) and the parameters you enter, such as target market and target audience.
Output data: the reports, scores and persona transcripts generated from your submissions.
Technical data: standard server logs, including IP address and browser type.
We do not collect payment card data. If and when payments are enabled, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider and we will never see or store your card details.
To provide the service you requested (legal basis: performance of a contract).
To operate and secure the platform, prevent abuse, and manage usage limits (legal basis: legitimate interest).
To contact you about your account or material changes to the service (legal basis: legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Supabase: database, authentication and file storage. Anthropic: AI processing of your submitted creative to generate the report. Cloudflare: content delivery and domain services. Lovable: application hosting.
These providers act as processors under agreement with us. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Creatives you upload are used solely to generate your report. We do not publish them, share them with third parties beyond the processors listed above, or use them in our own marketing without your separate written permission.
Our AI processing provider's commercial terms state that content submitted through their API is not used to train their models. That is their commitment and their terms may change. Their current terms are available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms.
We build category benchmarks from test results. These use derived data only: score components, category, market and creative format. They never include your creative, your brand name, or any identifying detail, and no individual result is ever exposed. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving and calibrating the service. If you prefer your results excluded, email hello@fatalrecall.com and we will exclude your account.
Uploaded creatives: 90 days after the test completes, then deleted.
Reports and scores: retained for as long as your account is active, so you can access your history.
Account data: deleted within 30 days of account closure.
You can request earlier deletion of any test or creative at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
